What we collect
When you use our contact form or email us: your name, email address, and anything you include in your message. When you work with us or discuss working with us: business contact details and correspondence. When you visit the site: technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies only if you accept them.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to discuss and deliver our services, and to keep proper business records. We rely on legitimate interests in running our business, on taking steps towards or performing a contract with you, and on your consent for non-essential cookies.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this website, our email, and our accounts, such as our website host and Google reCAPTCHA, which protects the form from spam. We never sell your data. Some providers are based outside the UK; where they are, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't lead to work: up to two years after our last contact. Client records: six years after the engagement ends, for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
